IMAGE USAGE & LICENSING AGREEMENT

This agreement outlines the permitted use of images created or supplied by Propeller Studios (“the Studio”) to the Client.

1. Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all images remain the intellectual property of Propeller Studios. Copyright is not transferred by default.

2. Licence Granted
Propeller Studios grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the images for the purposes outlined below.

3. Permitted Use
The Client may use the images for:

• Marketing and promotional materials
• Websites and social media platforms
• Digital and print advertising
• Internal presentations and communications

Any use beyond these purposes requires written approval from Propeller Studios.

4. Prohibited Use
The images may not be:

• Sold, sublicensed, or redistributed to third parties
• Used in a misleading, defamatory, or unlawful context
• Altered in a way that harms the reputation of Propeller Studios or the subjects depicted

5. Editing & Alterations
Basic cropping, resizing, and colour adjustments are permitted. Significant edits, composites, or re-use in new creative works require prior written consent.

6. Credit
Where practical, images should be credited as:
Image courtesy of Propeller Studios.

7. Duration of Licence
Unless otherwise stated, the licence is granted for an unlimited duration. Propeller Studios reserves the right to revoke the licence in cases of misuse.

8. Third-Party Rights
The Client is responsible for ensuring appropriate permissions are obtained for any third-party use not covered by this agreement.

9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
